30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@clubunclench.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll send you a return label and instructions within 1 business day.
- Drop off the package — that's it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required for clearly defective items.
